Abu Dhabi's Zayed Airport Wins 'Best Airport for Retail' at Frontier Awards
Abu Dhabi's Zayed International Airport (AUH) has been recognised for its retail excellence, scooping the 'Best Airport for Retail' title at the prestigious Frontier Awards 2025. The accolade comes just a year after the opening of the new Terminal A, which has already garnered international praise for its passenger service quality and retail offerings.
The 'Presentedby' concept store, a collaboration with Avolta, has been a standout success at AUH. It recently won the Platinum Award for Interior Design at the London Design Awards, further cementing the airport's reputation for innovative retail concepts and design-forward spaces.
The expansion of Terminal A has brought with it an influx of international luxury brands. Chanel, Dior, Gucci, and Louis Vuitton are among the high-end retailers that have opened duty-free shops and exceptional stores in the new terminal, attracted by AUH's growing status as a global hub for luxury, culture, and tourism.
