In a ceremony held at the Swedish capital's Romanian Embassy, AnimaWings, Romania's smart cost airline, officially launched its direct route between Bucharest and Stockholm's Arlanda Airport. Beginning last month, the Bucharest-Stockholm (Arlanda) route operates twice weekly, on Thursdays and Sundays. With a third frequency added in June, the route will run each Tuesday during the summer season. Established in 2020, AnimaWings prides itself on its modern and dynamic approach, aiming to deliver high-quality services and exceptional flight experiences for its passengers. AnimaWings also announced the arrival of new Airbus A220 aircraft, an environmentally-conscious choice that aligns with the airline's environmental commitments. These planes utilize Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) and offer superior cabin comfort with a unique five-seats-per-row layout in economy class. With 10 additional aircraft on order, scheduled for delivery by 2027, the company plans to maintain its expansion.
