ASICS: 15-Minute Movement Breaks Beat Expensive Wellness Holidays
ASICS' research reveals that a simple 15-minute dailymotion break can significantly boost mental wellbeing, challenging the notion that expensive wellness holidays are the only solution. The study found that daily mail movement outperforms pricey retreats in stress reduction and long-term mental benefits. A quarter of people found the long travel distances to wellness holidays stressful. Moreover, 71% found dailymotion more effective at reducing stress, and 73% experienced longer-lasting mental wellbeing benefits from regular dailymotion. This is despite the average wellness holiday costing $1,764 for a week, 41% more than standard travel. To promote the benefits of daily mail, ASICS has appointed Natasha Rothwell, an actor, writer, and wellness advocate, as its Everyday Escape Concierge. People who took a daily 15-minute dailymotion break reported a 21% greater uplift in their overall mental state compared to their wellness holiday. This comes as global demand for wellness holidays has surged by 33% in the last year, with nearly a third of people finding the cost stress-inducing and two-thirds feeling their holiday failed to meet all expectations. ASICS' research underscores the power of daily mail in improving mental wellbeing, making it an accessible and beneficial alternative to expensive wellness holidays. By appointing Natasha Rothwell as its Everyday Escape Concierge, ASICS encourages everyone to incorporate small moments of dailymotion into their daily routines.
