Huawei Unveils 'R.I.S.E' National Government Cloud for Intelligent Public Services

Huawei has unveiled the 'R.I.S.E' National Government Cloud reference architecture, marking a significant step towards 'intelligent collaboration' in public service delivery. The architecture, released at the 2025 Global Public Sector Cloud & AI Summit in China, aims to accelerate the nation's intelligent transformation.

The 'R.I.S.E' architecture comprises four key solutions: Resilient & Reliable Infrastructure, Secure & Sovereign, Innovative & AI Ready, and Enriched Ecosystem. It builds three effectiveness platforms for applications, data, and AI, ensuring efficient supply and use of high-quality data.

Huawei offers multiple deployment models for the National Government Cloud to address national digital self-reliant security challenges. The company's cloud and AI capabilities support the intelligent transformation of government and public services. Huawei provides government-specific intelligent agents and digital IDs as core capabilities of the digital public platform layer.

The 'R.I.S.E' architecture, developed by Huawei in China, is set to drive the intelligent transformation of public services. With partnerships with over 100 ecosystem players, Huawei continues to invest in innovation, delivering comprehensive solutions for digital and intelligent transformation in the public sector.
