Encountering Lisa Schade instantly reveals the passion that fuels her work. In May 2023, she launched the "Feel & Dance Studio" in Hannover, which serves as more than just a venue for choreographies. It's a space for personal development, letting go, connection, and self-acceptance. Dance has helped her build self-confidence and accept her body.

June 2025 Launch: Feel & Dance: Reference to the planned opening of a dance studio or club scheduled for June 2025.

Meet Lisa Schade, and you'll instantly sense the passion that fuels her work. Her "Feel & Tanz Studio" in Hannover, founded in May 2023, is more than just a space for choreography—it's a haven for personal growth, release, connection, and self-acceptance. "Dance helped me build self-confidence, learn to feel my body, and express myself," Lisa shares. This dance studio aims to channel that power of movement to empower other women.

As a teenager, dance was Lisa's great passion. Already at 11, she started competing, and at 14, she was leading children's dance classes. Despite her success, she struggled with self-doubt: "I was extremely shy and barely dared to speak up in school—afraid of saying something wrong." Dance became her path to self-assurance.

After her training to become an ADTV dance instructor, a herniated disc altered her career path. Working full-time at a traditional dance school was no longer an option. "Self-employment gave me the opportunity to continue dancing in my own way," says Lisa today. Instead of pressure and rigid structures, her studio offers lightness, intuition, and a carefully protected environment.

Lisa aimed to create a space where women could encounter themselves, discover their strength, and grow together—beyond perfection, focused on feelings and genuine connection. That's why her offer is exclusively for women—from energetic workouts to sensual Ladysalsa, always with fun at the center. "There are no clothing requirements: Each woman wears whatever makes her feel comfortable—whether high heels or running shoes."

The studio isn't just a class venue; it's a community hub. "I'm always looking for new ideas and formats to connect women and build a living, supportive community." In addition to ten to fifteen weekly classes, Lisa offers workshops, events, and a small wellness-focused clothing collection.

The concept attracts women and girls of all age groups—from four-year-old novices to seniors. "A dance partner isn't necessary—here, we dance for ourselves." For many women, this is a liberating moment. "Movement set to music unleashes a unique power. It releases tension, relieves stress, and imparts a sense of lightness."

After some time, Lisa actively sought external support—and found it with hannoverimpuls. "I knew exactly what I wanted—and was almost my own best customer. But questions always cropped up, for which an unbiased, external perspective was incredibly valuable."

She found a strong partner in Kristina Ebel, Project Manager of the Female Founder Consulting at hannoverimpuls. "Our discussions with her are invaluable to me. Often, they focused on practical matters like calculations: What do I need to hire more dance instructors? At what point does a class become economically viable?" Lisa values the mix of practicality and mental support.

Kristina Ebel confirms, "Lisa is a perfect example of why it's never too late to contact us. Even one and a half years after the studio's founding, many questions still arise, which we solve together."

For other female founders, Lisa has a clear message: "Embrace your fears—and just do it. The necessary knowledge is usually acquired automatically over time, especially when you have the courage to dive into the deep end. Trust your gut feeling and don't be afraid to ask questions—as many as possible."
