In a commendable move, the ASI Diversity and Inclusion Council has been established with a mission to create an inclusive and positive workplace for all employees. This council aims to ensure every employee feels a sense of belonging, fostering a work environment where all employees feel empowered to succeed.

The council's influence extends beyond ASI, positively impacting the industry it serves. It is dedicated to promoting personal growth and building trust, as well as striving for equitable treatment of all employees. The council is committed to listening, learning, and acting to ensure equitable treatment and representation of all employees.

ASI encourages and appreciates diversity among employees, and this is reflected in their diversity recruitment practices. The company implements best practices for diversity sourcing, hiring, and interviewing at all levels. ASI is committed to recruiting diverse candidates for internships to build a diverse candidate pool for future full-time positions.

ASI promotes equality in hiring and pay by analysing demographics based on geographic location and position requirements. This ensures pay equity regardless of gender or race. Regular employee surveys and process evaluations are conducted to ensure best practices in diversity and inclusion.

In addition, ASI educates employees on what it means to be an ally, eliminating implicit bias, and sharing methods for confronting racism. The goal is to increase diversity and inclusion awareness and understanding among employees.

ASI leaders undergo professional development to manage diverse workgroups effectively, recognizing and rewarding unique employee strengths and needs. They are held accountable for promoting diversity and inclusion, ensuring a positive impact on the workplace culture and industry standards.

The ASI Diversity and Inclusion Council does not discriminate based on race, creed, color, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, age, sexual orientation, marital status, physical ability, veteran status, or any other factor. It is a testament to ASI's commitment to fostering a workplace that values and respects diversity.
