Performances at the Leipzig & Halle Theater in July: 5 distinctive plays to watch

The 28th Burgtheatersommer, held at the historic moated castle of Roßlau, Saxony-Anhalt, is a highlight. Running from July 15 for five weeks, this open-air theater festival offers an opulent production of Shakespeare’s *Hamlet*, a children’s fairy tale, and improvisation theatre.
