Cycling enthusiasts and travellers seeking authentic experiences now have a new option. Viceroy Hotel Group has teamed up with Rapha to offer cycling experiences for guests at select properties.
The partnership, spearheaded by Viceroy CEO Greg Pogue, currently operates at hotels in Santa Monica, Chicago, Washington D.C., and the Algarve, Portugal. Guests can join local group rides hosted by Rapha, providing a unique way to explore each destination.
In the Algarve, cyclists can enjoy scenic routes through rolling hills, quaint villages, and coastal views. Santa Monica offers a mix of urban and natural environments, including the boardwalk and Hollywood Hills. Chicago's routes showcase lakefront views and popular hotspots, while Washington D.C. takes riders past iconic landmarks like The White House and the Lincoln Memorial.
Bikes are available for use through the hotels' in-house fleet, with access to advanced road bikes via local partners. Rapha has planned cycling itineraries to suit all levels, ranging from short 3-mile rides to challenging over 60-mile routes.
